2019 - Sitel, my first family
Way back in September 2019 when I got hired by SITEL Philippines as a Customer Service Representative of a US Telco Voice Account. I was nervous, excited, and euphoric about this good news. I've been looking for a job for a long time and have been trying so hard to land a job, thankfully, Sitel accepted a clueless newbie like me. I learned a lot about the call center industry and how harsh the reality of this industry is. I met a lot of amazing people but sadly, I have to leave due to the travel time and how far this workplace is. I thought I can do it, but the exhaustion of working a nine-hour shift plus almost three hours of travel time took advantage of my health and made me decide to leave the first company I entered within the BPO industry.

2021 - Teleperformance, the place where I improved
After I left SITEL, I planned on getting back on track but this time, lesser travel time and nearer company. But pandemic happened and it is so hard to try to apply because companies are still adjusting to the situation. That is why after a year, I found a place where I can grow even more. I found the company where I met people who believed in me, the people who believed and acknowledge the skills that I have.

2022 - Quantrics, I learned a lot more
New year when I decided to start a new career and look for a company that will help me grow even more. I was hired through Quantrics Enterprises, an in-house BPO company where I met a lot of amazing people and helped me understood the real meaning of team work and communication of the team.
